WOW... I am so in love with my job!!!

Not only do I get to meet and photograph the sweetest people on the planet, but one of my absolute favorite parts of being a photographer is that I get to shoot at some pretty awesome locations, in this case, an Air Force hangar right on the flight line! I never imagined I would get to do something this cool as a photographer and I LOVE IT!
&nbsp;
Danielle reached out to me and asked if I would be willing to take some photos for her family with the T-1A to capture this part of their Air Force journey. Of course I couldn't pass up this opportunity. After all, it isn't every day you get to take pictures in a hangar on an Air Force base!

The Allen's session went so well! You could just see how much this family loved being together and getting to photograph them really made my day! The two sweet little children behaved like angels (which for a family session is always a win) and they even brought a friend to help keep the kids's attention and excitement up during the shoot... Such a great idea!

Although their family has been here at Laughlin Air Force Base for a short time and will be leaving soon, it's so special that they wanted a photoshoot to remember this stage of their lives. It truly was an honor for me to be a part of it!

Family Photo Session in a Hangar at Laughlin Air Force Base, Del Rio, Texas

What a beautiful session this was! The University of South Florida is gorgeous at all times of day, but there is something about golden hour that just transforms it into such a calm and peaceful place, unless you're waiting until graduation week to get your pictures taken, then it's a chaotic frenzy of photographers and graduates trying to get their pictures taken in all the right spots! We definitely had to do some quick thinking as lines start forming behind you to get photos in the spot you're in! Although we were slightly rushed, I made sure Delaney had all the pictures that she wanted plus many more. She was so amazing and didn't hesitate to try whatever I threw at her!

I 10/10 recommend getting professional pictures taken of you and your spouse on your honeymoon/vacation!

Yes, I packed my camera and tripod so Shelton and I could get some cute pictures together on our trip to St. Lucia (which was absolutely amazing btw)! Getting a romantic couples photo session while you're on vacation should definitely be a common practice-- you get such a different turnout in the aesthetic of your photos than your everyday photoshoot!

Shelton and I really loved taking these photos, despite the heat causing sweat to drip down our backs. haha
Traveling with my hubs was a bonding experience for both of us and we are so grateful we have these pictures to remember our special time together on this trip.
